Appointment Scheduling

Advanced appointment scheduling is advised, and all scheduling is done online. Availability online is the most current. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to schedule your appointment, it will be applied to your service charge.  If an appointment is cancelled less than the required 36 hours, your fee will be forfeited.

​First Time Guest

All first time guest must have a consultation before booking a service. During the consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle, skin or body concerns, and course of treatment.  A trial kit will also be provided for skin services.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

36 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 36 hours advance notice you will forfeit your booking fee. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show". The booking deposit will be forfeited and future booking will require prepayment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session price. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

SICK POLICY

Just a reminder if you are not feeling well, please be courteous and reschedule your appointment.  This protects my health and the health of other guest.  If you come in sick, you will be asked to reschedule and your booking deposit will be forfeited .  The following illnesses will be rescheduled: Cold, Flu, cold sores, open cuts or wounds, persistent coughs, running nose, excessive sneezing and any other contagious illness.

 

All policies are strictly enforced, No exceptions.
